Formats, limits and storage
JPG, PNG, WEBP and TXT · up to 100 files and 500 MB per upload. Each image: 20 MB; each TXT: 16 KB. Up to 1000 images per dataset; 2 GB per account including edit history. Guest files expire 12 hours after session creation. After sign-in, datasets remain stored until you delete them. Images and TXT files with matching names are paired.
Files are saved on the application server. Your original folder stays unchanged.
How to prepare a dataset
- Upload files
Choose images and TXT files with matching names. A dataset is created automatically.
- Edit captions
Type below an image; text saves automatically. To add a shared tag, select cards or use “Select all”.
- Review the dataset
Use “Dataset tags” to find and replace a tag. “Check” shows missing captions and image issues to review. You can undo an edit.
- Download ZIP
The ZIP includes the whole dataset: images and TXT files. Return to your work from “History”.
